Grigoria Pelekouda, author, Volos: A remarkable work, a pilgrimage was started by the poet Vasilis Pappas in “Shadow of Homer” with references to immortal streets bathed in light where the creator walks in the greatness of the land of Hellenism without limits in the completion of his valuable poetic work he traveled back in time to find the primordial source of his inspiration until the poem was born. Pertha Kalemi: Here we are talking about the exceptional and monumental work of the multi-talented, widely read and multilingual writer Vasilis Pappas who submits to us, after many years -as I understand it- an inspired and research effort in his poetic encyclopedia. This arduous endeavor -I imagine- required great effort and time, as thousands of pages and other spiritual constellations passed through his eyes, during hours of contemplation and study. As for me personally, I would like to congratulate the worthy writer and friend, Vasilis Pappas, who with this testimony -among so many others- offers important intellectual mortgages and deposits in Greek letters and not only.
