Giannis Apostolidis, April 14, 2021: Vasilis Pappas is a poet with a special writing for the correct use of language, for the worked verse, for the density of the images, for the transfer to the current reality of the myth and story. Having knowledge of Mythology and History, he uses well-chosen persons that the reader must know and be able to make the transfer to modern life. He does not praise the persons but their place in the myth and in the history, their positive or negative offer and their timeless messages. In other words, he does not write history, but through it, in his own unique way, he fills us with emotions and concerns and elevates our minds and souls. His life, his every day is full of poetry emitted with dynamism and beauty that those who read and study his perfect poetry enjoy.
